Questions worth answering
Is that price the shirt only, or does it include printing?
It includes the printing. Every price on this site is the finished, decorated garment — the shirt itself, the print or embroidery, and the screen setup or digitising, all in one per-piece number. There is no separate setup fee and nothing is added at checkout. The only thing that varies by line is extended sizes, which cost us more to buy and are shown separately rather than averaged into everyone else's shirt.
Why does the price drop so much with quantity?
Setup dominates small runs. A screen print job pays for screens once and then amortises them across the order, and the per-piece ink rate itself falls at every quantity break. Going from 6 to 72 pieces on the same shirt takes it from $13.99 to $8.99 each.
Do 2XL and 3XL cost extra?
Yes, because the blank costs us more — sometimes several dollars more on fleece. We show the upcharge per size on the product page rather than surprising you at checkout, and it comes from the supplier's own price feed rather than a guess.
How long does it take?
Screen printing is 4 working days on press, DTF 5 and embroidery 7, plus a 2-day buffer. Blanks also have to be on the decorator's dock before a run starts. Give us a date and we work backwards from it, and tell you straight away if it isn't achievable.
What artwork do you need?
Vector art is ideal. We can work from high-resolution raster files for DTF, and embroidery designs get digitised once — a one-time charge shown in your quote. Nothing goes into production before you approve a proof.
Which method should I choose?
One or two solid colours on a decent quantity: screen printing. A logo on polos or caps: embroidery. Photographic or many-coloured artwork, or a small run where screen setup would dominate: DTF. Configure it both ways on the product page and compare the real totals.
