We start with the good stuff
Comfort Colors, Bella+Canvas, Next Level — ringspun, CVC and tri-blend, the shirts people keep wearing after the event. If budget decides it, we'll step down to a Gildan or Hanes and say so plainly. Prices per piece at 72 with a 2-colour print or an embroidered left-chest logo — a typical job, not a best case.

Screen printing
The workhorse for team and event runs. Ink pushed through a screen per colour, so it gets cheaper the more you order.

Questions worth answering
Is that price the shirt only, or does it include printing?
It includes the printing. Every price here is the finished, decorated garment — the shirt, the print or embroidery, and the screen setup or digitising, in one per-piece number. There is no separate setup fee and nothing is added at checkout. Extended sizes cost us more to buy, so those are shown separately rather than averaged into everyone else's shirt.
Why does white ink cost more than black?
White is printed over a white underbase — a first pass laid down so the ink sits opaque instead of soaking in and going grey. That underbase is its own screen and its own trip through the press, so it prices like an extra colour. Black is the only ink dense enough to go straight onto the shirt.
Can you hit our date?
Tell us when you need them and we work backwards: production is 4 working days for screen print, 5 for DTF and 7 for embroidery, plus a 2-day buffer, and blanks have to be on the decorator's dock before the run starts. If a date is not achievable we say so immediately rather than discovering it in week two.
Do you handle purchase orders and school billing?
Yes — schools and districts usually cannot pay by card up front. Email us with your PO process and we will work to it. Card checkout is being built for everyone else.
What if we need to reorder next season?
We keep your artwork and the exact garment, colour and thread on file, so a reorder matches what you had rather than being close. Screens and digitising are already paid for on the first run.
